We have built an exceptional childcare/preschool facility staffed by caring, highly-qualified, and accomplished individuals who put children first. We believe that children deserve the best, and we strive to work towards higher goals, rather than settle for simply meeting the standard. Marion Daycare & Learning Center has been educating children since 1976 and we pride ourselves in our unique approach to early childhood education. In this rich environment your children gain confidence, self-esteem and cultivate a love of learning. Small class sizes and low teacher-to-student ratios give each child the opportunity to learn at their own pace and in their own style. We focus on developmentally appropriate education. Our curriculum integrates music, art, movement, math, science, language, dance, early literacy, and social emotional skills to provide enrichment to children.
OUR TEACHER & STAFF
Our highly trained teachers are dedicated to supporting the development of all children in our childcare center, and we use proven methodologies and a highly effective curriculum to help children grow academically, socially, and physically. They majority of our teachers have completed or are working towards their degrees in Early Childhood Education. They all continue to take classes in order to improve their skills and offer a better learning experience for the children in our center.
SAFETY & SECURITY
It is the utmost importance to us to make sure that your children can play, learn, and interact in an environment that is safe and nurturing. At Marion Daycare & Learning Center, keeping children safe is our number one priority. Some of our security measures include:

Fingerprinting and background checks are conducted on all of our employees and teachers

We don’t require an appointment for you to see your child. Parents may enter the facility at any time to see how their child is doing.

We have a 24-hour video surveillance system in our facility. Multiple security cameras are installed throughout our facility and outdoors.

Privacy fences and locked gates surround the facility.

Each family has their own personal security code to enter the building.

Your child will only be released to those individuals whom you list in the child’s enrollment records. Photo identification is required.

Our staff members are all certified in CPR and First Aid.

Smoke alarms and heat sensors monitor the facility. There is also a fire sprinkler system.
